A hotel designed to slow you down.
Hotel Sable was conceived as an intimate counterpoint to the pace of the city. Dark timber, tactile stone and warm indirect lighting create a grounded atmosphere across the guest rooms and shared spaces.
The design uses contrast carefully, allowing moments of darkness and light to guide guests through the building.
Guests notice the atmosphere before they notice the design. That was exactly what we wanted.
