When you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project.

When you browse this site, we collect standard technical data - browser type, pages visited, approximate location - through privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify you personally.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, prepare proposals, run your project, and - if you asked for it - send you our monthly letter. That is the whole list.

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We never use your project details in marketing without your written permission.

Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of consent (when you contact us or subscribe), contract (when we work together), and legitimate interest (basic site analytics and security).

Who we share with

Only the services required to operate: our email provider, our hosting provider, and - during an active project - the contractors and suppliers working on your commission, strictly to the extent they need it.

All third parties we use are contractually bound to protect your data and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we did not take forward: deleted after 12 months. Client records: kept for the legal minimum (typically 7 years for financial records). Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe - one click, no questions.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or hand it over in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority - though we would appreciate the chance to fix it first.

Cookies

This site uses a minimal set of cookies: what is strictly necessary for the site to function, and anonymous analytics. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, no exceptions.
